Refund Policy
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. This is subject for approval.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
To start a return, you can contact us at PagmayaPearls@gmail.com or message us on Instagram @pagmaya_ph. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a J&T express return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Items sent back to us without an approved return will not be refunded.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. No cash value via Gcash/Bank Transfer/PayPal will be given, only in-store credits / gift cards.
Cancellation of your confirmed order after payment is not allowed. Pagmayá Team is doing our best to ship out orders as soon as possible.
