All items are checked before shipment. We have a 7-day exchange policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a replacement of the same item design if it is received damaged caused by shipment.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately.
To be eligible for a replacement, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
All earrings, necklace and bracelet measurement are posted. Exchanges due to purchased incorrect measurement will not be accepted. This is for sanitary reasons. All items received by the customers are brand new and have never been worn by other people.
